    1   PETITION: REQUEST FOR COUNCIL TO INSTALL RUBBISH BINS AND ANTI-
        LITTERING SIGNAGE AT BEACH ACCESS POINTS
        Council Resolution
        Moved:            Cr Jurisevic
        Seconded:         Cr Wilkie
        That the petition tabled by Cr Jurisevic requesting that Council install rubbish bins and
        anti-littering signage at beach access points be received and referred to the Chief
        Executive Officer to determine appropriate action.

    2   PETITION: REQUEST FOR THE LGIP PATHWAYS MAP 11 TO INCLUDE A
        PATHWAY CONNECTION BETWEEN SHIELDS STREET AND DOONELLA STREET,
        TEWANTIN

        Seconded:         Cr Stockwell
        That the petition tabled by Cr Wellington requesting that Council amend the LGIP
        Pathways Map 11 to include a pathway connection between Shields Street and Doonella
        Street, Tewantin be received and referred to the Chief Executive Officer to determine
        appropriate action.

    3   PETITION: REQUEST FOR PANDANUS, KAREELA AND MITTI STREETS TO
        REMAIN WITHIN THE DRAFT NEW NOOSA PLAN’S SHORT STAY AREA MAP 1

        That the petition tabled by Cr Wellington requesting that Council continue to include
        Pandanus, Kareela and Mitti Streets within the draft New Noosa Plan’s Short Stay Area
        Map 1 be received and referred to the Chief Executive Officer to determine appropriate
        action.

    4   PETITION: REQUEST FOR COUNCIL TO INSTALL A CUBBY HOUSE IN
        CUNNINGHAM PARK, POMONA

        That the petition tabled by Cr Wellington requesting that Council install a cubby house in
        Cunningham Park, Pomona be received and referred to the Chief Executive Officer to
        determine appropriate action.
