Overall, the proposed development has been determined to be compliant subject to Council’s acceptance of very minor exempt clearing impacts to the mapped Area of Biodiversity Significance and MSES Regulated Vegetation overlay and the mitigation strategies proposed to mitigate these impacts. © 2022 19
