In views from the residential properties to the
north on Tablelands Road, and east on Arthy’s
Road it is expected that the relatively small scale
of the visible portion of the monopole would be
such that it would not be perceptible and largely
absorbed into these views. This would result in a
negligible visual impact.
There would be a negligible visual impact on
views from the regionally important Tablelands
Lookout, and the Noosa Trail due to distance,
viewing level and the visual absorption capacity
of the landscape in these views.
There would also be a negligible visual impact
on views from the township of Cooran, due to
the absorption capacity of the landscape and
distance which would make the portion of the
monopole that would be visible above the
intervening landform and vegetation
imperceptible within the view.
