Parent anecdotal information – free text field within survey Would you like to provide any additional information? We are so grateful for the hub providing a challenging tech environment which has inspired our sons education. The open-ended challenges promote independent learning and creativity to suit different students interests and skill levels. This has then become collaborative with learning from peers and encouraging new skills and interests. The social network has also been beneficial, watching Jacob and Ben create and collaborate has been exciting. The broader development of community is also unique, adults who have had their own professional tech journey are generous and engaged in developing interest and skills with local youth. The team at the digital hub have been exceptional in providing support and opportunities to the cadets to engage with companies that operate in the field of interest. In teaching the cadets practical, real-world skills they are significantly better prepared to move into a career in their field if they choose. 44
