GENERAL COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 15 MARCH 2021
A landscape buffer for the seniors living community, which is generally 10 metres wide
though narrowing to the southern extent of the site to approximately 2.0 metres, is proposed
to Myall Street whilst a 3 metre landscape buffer is provided to the eastern and southern
common boundaries with the golf course. Bulk earthworks for the site include an extensive
cut area across the majority of the elevated area, up to maximum depth of approximately 4.5
metres. Filling of the lower lying ground in the north and south is expected to be generally 1
to 4 metres in height, although in areas adjacent to the proposed bio-basins, it is noted that
retained embankments may range from 3 to 5 metres. The proposed earthworks include
filling a significant area within the site’s identified Riparian Buffer.
The following images provide detail of the proposed development with additional proposal
plans and the Infrastructure Agreement included at Attachments 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
