3.3.1     Built Form

The development will adopt the use of two primary colours in addition to stenciled tilt-panels and small extrusions to

each tenancy to adopt visual interest to the building facades. Each tenancy includes operable and fixed glazing to

encourage natural light and ventilation to the internal spaces as well as break up the formed walls along the respective

boundaries. Figure 7 and 8 below illustrate the proposals built form aspects.
