The proposed playground also results in changes to the northern external wall of the beer garden.
As detailed in figures 6 and 7 below, the approved external wall to the northern carpark has been
increased from 3.6metres to 4.1metres with the playground and shade sails visible above the wall.

The proposed wall and playground comply with height and setback requirements for the zone. The
area directly to the north of the wall include a 2.5metres wide landscape area that will partially
screen the height of the fence from the carparking and street.
The proposed changes are considered acceptable subject to conditions relating to noise.
