19.   The 2017 survey was appended to the response to Council’s Request for Information. It involved monitoring
      the parking areas on site at various snapshots during the day, namely 7AM, Midday, 3PM & 7PM and counting
      the cars that were parked at those times. The 2022 survey was undertaken in the same way. The results of
      the 3 zones that cover the main parking area (currently 211 spaces, post redevelopment reduced to 207) at the
      north of the subject site are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2. Larger versions of these graphs are appended.
