Applicant’s Response

In response to Item 6 of Council’s Information Request, please refer to the supplementary Engineering Plans prepared by Rienmac
Pty Ltd included at Appendix B, which indicate the garage door openings and provision for a B99 vehicle, as described in
AS/NZS2890.1:2004

Issue

Council has some concerns with the transitions from the proposed driveway to the adjoining sections of footpath.

Information Required

Item 7

7.      Provide additional detail on the extent of works required to smoothly transition from the proposed driveway to the adjoining
        sections of footpath.

In response to Item 7 of Council’s Information Request, please refer to the supplementary Engineering Plans prepared by Rienmac
Pty Ltd included at Appendix B, which provide additional detail on the extent of works required to smoothly transition from the
proposed driveway to the adjoining sections of footpath.

Issue

It is expected that the proposed development will need to include changes/additions to the existing stormwater drainage system, but
no detail has been provided.

Information Required

Item 8

8.      Provide a plan of the existing stormwater drainage system and indicate any additions/improvements necessary to comply with
        current standards. Please note that the system must be in accordance with The Noosa Plan 2020 – Water Quality and Drainage
        Code and include climate change considerations (Performance Outcome PO2 and Acceptable Outcome AO2.4 (a 20% increase
        in rainfall intensity by 2100.)

In response to Item 8 of Council’s Information Request, supplementary Engineering Plans prepared by Rienmac Pty Ltd included at
Appendix B, which includes details with respect to the existing stormwater drainage system and indicates any
additions/improvements necessary to comply with current standards.

3.0        SUMMARY

In accordance with Section 13.2 of the Development Assessment Rules, we hereby provide Council with a response to all of the
information requested and ask that Council proceed with the assessment of the development application. We trust Council will issue
a favourable Development Permit in due course and should Council have any questions with respect to the above, please do not
