1 Introduction
Sunshine Beach SLSC intend to submit a Town Planning Minor Change application to Noosa
Council to modify existing conditions of approval for MCU 17/0024.2.

Live It Acoustics were engaged by RG Strategic to provide supporting documentation for the
Minor Change Application.

Sunshine Beach Surf Life Saving Club, the subject site for MCU 17/0024.2, is located at The
Esplanade, Sunshine Beach QLD 4567 (Lot 5 over SP 269274 and Lot 126 over CP 845336).
The subject site is indicated over aerial imagery below in Figure 1.

The purpose of this report is to provide technical justification for amendments to be made to the
existing approval conditions 8-11, using the assessment methodology and outcomes presented
within a previous acoustic report (reference: 1721d1-C) endorsed by the Office of Liquor and
Gaming Regulation (OLGR).
