SITE NOTES
These schedules are to be read in conjunction with
architectural drawings, structural engineer and
hydraulic engineer drawings and any other external
consultants. Any discrepancy with these schedules or
other documentation is to be referred to the designer
for written direction prior to the commencement of
works. All works to be carried out in accordance with
the engineers design and documentation.
All works to be in accordance with the Building Act
1975, Standard Building Regulation, Building Code of
Australia, Queensland Development Code, Local                                                                                               Existing 12

Standards. The Builder is to clarify all dimensions on                                                                                          unit
site prior to the commencement of any works. The
author of the drawings takes no responsibility for                                                                                         development

maximum height of construction is to comply with the
local authority planning scheme (excluding relaxations
as per town planning approval). The author takes no
