5.     CONSULTATION


5.1. IDAS Referral Agencies
The application was referred to the State Assessment and Referral Agency (SARA) with regard
to the Concurrence Agency (Department of Transport and Main Roads) views on the request.
SARA responded by letter dated 23 September 2014 stating it had no objection to the change.

6.     CONCLUSION
The applicant’s request to amend the condition is supported. It is recommended that the
condition be amended as per the wording in the recommendation section of this report.
