1.     Development undertaken in accordance with this approval must generally comply with the
       approved plans of development. The approved plans are listed in the following table unless
       otherwise amended by these conditions.

2.   The approved use is Wellbeing Type 2 – Social being for a respite centre for people living
     with disabilities and their families and associated ancillary office and agricultural uses. The
     approval includes an ancillary café (serving only the needs of staff and clients of the approved
     use and is not to be open to the general public).
Additional Conditions
1.   No signage is to be provided on the development site or road reserve advertising the café.
2.   Prior to the Final Certificate being issued for the building works ancillary café, a car parking
     plan is to be provided demonstrating compliance with Conditions 14 -18.
