2o0f2 b) The dimensions of the temporary diversion channels are tabled on Calibre drawing 15-001261-113 with the existing gully (traversing stage 2) being protected from sediment by diversion drains, sediment fences and existing vegetation retained until the last phase of the bulk earthworks operation. c) Diversion drain lining has been detailed on Calibre drawing 15-001261-113, with geofabric pinned to the invert and batters of the diversion drains. d) Condition 68 of the higher order approval states: The development must not adversely impact on the existing drainage conditions on other properties including not depriving dams on other properties of their natural stormwater runoff. The temporary drainage designs, and in particular the temporary sediment basins, will not adversely impact the supply of water to downstream dams. In accordance with the Sunshine Coast Regional Council Manual for erosion and Sediment Control Version 1.2, the basins will be flocculated with the clean water discharged downstream at the legal point of discharge. e) Calculations for each of the 5 basins sizing has been attached. The design sizing has been undertaken in accordance with IECA guidelines (2008) to achieve the requirements of the State Planning Policy Appendix 3, Table A. We trust that this information request response is satisfactory to enable Noosa Council to issue an operational works approval. If you have any further queries please contact the undersigned.
