measures including the recycling and reuse of wastes generated on site. The calculated values listed
above are to be used as a guide only. Waste generation should be continually monitored to ensure
appropriate bin sizes and collection frequencies are maintained within the site.
Stage 3: Lawn Bowls Facility
The proposed lawn bowls facility which is proposed as part of Stage 3 of the development contains
a number of different waste generating uses. Table 3.7 below identifies the number and type of bins
which are to be provided to cater for the waste generated during the operational phase of the facility.

The Golf Room / Workshop and tennis courts are expected to result in the generation of modest
amount of general waste and small amounts of recyclable waste. Table 3.8 below identifies the
number and type of bins which are to be provided to cater for the waste generated during the
operational phase of the facility. Please note, the Workshop, Golf Room and tennis court will be
provided with smaller 60L bins with waste being transferred to the wheelie bins on an as needed
basis by the Caretaker.

bin and (1) 240 recyclable waste wheelie bin.
3.1.3 Bin Storage and Refuse Collection
