2.1      Subject Site
               The subject development site at 37 Gibson Road, Noosaville is described as Lot 1 on RP802167.
               As shown in Figure 2-1 and Figure 2-2, the subject site has frontage to Gibson Road and Skipper
               Place. The subject site is contained within Sunshine Coast Regional Council (SCRC).
