3.4      Proposed Service Vehicle Arrangements
               The proposed development includes provision for three (3) service vehicle bays which include the
               following:
                    •    One (1) bay catering for deliveries of Medium Rigid Vehicles (MRV) and waste collection
                         by way of Refuse Collection Vehicles (RCV); and
                    •    Two (2) bays catering for Service Van deliveries
               The location of the service vehicle bays are presented in Figure 3-2.
