5.4 Storage and Hygiene

         ○​ Located in eastern courtyard, away from patron areas and screened from
            neighbours.​

   ●​ Pest Prevention:​

         ○​ Rodent-proof bins with sealed lids provided.​

         ○​ Monthly pest control inspections conducted.​

   ●​ Cleaning:​

         ○​ Waste area washed and disinfected weekly.​


5.5 Staff Responsibilities

         ○​ All staff trained in waste segregation and minimisation.​

         ○​ Duty Manager to inspect waste area at end of trade.​
