Geotechnical and Slope Stability Investigation

8 LIMITATIONS

The assessment presented in this report is based on a limited number of investigation locations, limited

depth of investigation and visual observations. Engineering judgement has been used to assess
potential conditions between investigation sites, but variability should be expected in the nature and
depth of the soil units within natural geological environments. This report presents an assessment of
the site conditions at the time of the site investigation. These conditions may change in the future.

This report presents a risk assessment of slope stability for the development of the site based on the
recommendations of the report. This information is intended to be used to assess the stability of the

proposed lot for the construction of poultry sheds within the proposed building envelopes and likely
access and service connections to the structures assuming it is designed and supervised by a
competent engineer. It is not appropriate for all design conditions that may be constructed.
Geotechnical assessment by a competent and experienced geotechnical practitioner will be required to
confirm that the actual conditions encountered during construction are within the report assumptions
and the design is appropriate to the conditions encountered. Consideration should be given to these
factors when following the recommendations in this report.
