RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Director Corporate Services to the Services & Organisation
Committee Meeting dated 09 August 2016 providing an update on operations of the Corporate
Services Department for the period 1 April 2016 to 30 June 2016.


REPORT
The adopted organisation structure includes the following branches under the Corporate Services
Department:

                       Financial Services;
                       ICT (including Records);
                       Procurement & Fleet;
                       Property & Facilities; and
                       Revenue Services.

Corporate Services primarily provides internal support to the other Council Departments, with the
exception of the Property team that deals primarily with land and property management issues

This report provides a brief summary regarding recent performance, current priorities and future
initiatives for the Corporate Services Department.
