The shortfall funding for the trial could be met through:
 The Public Transport Levy Reserve which is currently greater than $1.6 million (exact figure
   is unavailable due to the end of financial year processes).
 Reducing contingencies once all designs associated with the charging infrastructure is
   completed.
 Negotiation with Translink regarding the reasons why Council is to incur costs associated
   with the Sunbus Cost Model.
