              d.    The proposed 25 litre pot size feature trees within the front setback (facing
                    Doonella Street) must be replaced with 45 litre pot size plants (the SYZ hem,
                    CUP ana, ELA ret, ACR imp species)
              e.    The existing street trees in the road reserve may be removed. If removed
                    they must be replaced with 4 x ex-ground Delonix regia (poinciana’s) as
                    shown on the approved operational works landscape plans.
        56.   All landscape works must be established and maintained in accordance with the
              approved design for the life of the development, and in a manner that ensures
              healthy, sustained and vigorous plant growth. All plant material must be allowed
              to grow to full form and be refurbished when its life expectancy is reached.
        Signage
        57.   Advertising devices must comply with Council’s signage policy.

        59.   The Currency Period for this development approval lapses if the development has
              not substantially started by 17 February 2024, unless an application to extend the
              currency period is approved by Council.
