Noosa Shire Council planning scheme (Noosa Plan 2020) and enterprise mapping system
was utilised to determine biodiversity, waterways and wetlands overlays summarised in
Table 4 including an extract from site reports. The project site is subject to a riparian buffer
overlay that generally flows parallel to the southern site boundary. This riparian buffer area is
defined as an ecologically important area.
