Unnamed watercourse in the north-eastern section of the site was observed as significantly modified adjoining dwellings in Red Street (extrinsic to site on Lot 10 RP71186 and Lot 9 PR71186) constructed over recorded watercourse. Habitat features were inspected as a limited passive field assessment. No significant signs of biotic stress were observed during the field assessment, with incidental species observed during the assessment included in Table 7.
