RE:    Response to Information Request MCU22/0054 – 315 Sister Tree Creek Rd,
       Kin Kin


Council issued an information request on 27 April 2022. The applicant provides the
following additional information in response to the items:

   1. Provide a revised site, proposal, floor and elevation plans that includes the
      following for all plans:
          a. Appropriate title blocks and plan/ reference numbers
          b. Appropriate Scale
          c. North point where relevant
          d. Proposed access to the site
          e. Dimensioned front and side boundary setbacks for proposed
             structures
Please provide a set of updated site plans with appropriate plan references and showing
each building setback more than 10m from Sister Tree Creek Rd.

   2. Provide further information as to landscape treatments that will visually
      screen and soften the development from Sister Tree Creek Road.
An existing line of lilly pilly’s up to 5m in height are located along the Sister Tree Creek
boundary. The vegetation is to be trimmed and supplemented around the existing
driveway to ensure appropriate sightlines, while also providing a visual screen to the
proposed cabins.




   3. Provide further information as to how this existing dwelling is to be used in
      context with the current proposal. If the premises are to be used for short
      term accommodation the application and proposal plans will need to be
      amended to reflect the proposed use.
The applicant indicates the existing house at the top of the hill is to be used as a dwelling
house and not for short term accommodation (once the cabin use commences).
