5.6.3    Landscape Area
AO10.1 of the Dual occupancy and multiple dwelling code prescribes that landscaping is provided to a
minimum of 40% of the site area. The proposed development provides 36.7% landscaping of the total site
area. An assessment which demonstrates compliance with correspondence performance outcome PO10
is provided in the table below.
