Swept path analyses were undertaken illustrating design vehicles accessing the services areas. The
analyses indicated that the service areas can appropriately accommodate the design vehicles and all
design vehicles can enter and exit the site in a forward gear. Based on the above, the proposed
servicing arrangements are considered to be acceptable.

A copy of the analyses is included in Appendix D.

We do however recommend that servicing of tenancies by larger vehicles such as 12.5m HRVs and 19m
AVs occur outside of peak trading hours due to the manoeuvring space required. These vehicles are also
required to traverse some carpark circulation/parking aisles.


In terms of other land uses that may be approved, and as detailed in Section 1.1 above, the servicing
arrangements would be generally consistent to those mentioned with the exception of any small,
industry type incubator tenancies.
