20 Hofmann Drive, Noosaville | Traffic Impact Assessment

6.4 Motorcycle Parking
Due to the nature of the proposed land uses, it is anticipated that there would be limited demand for
motorcycle parking onsite. We note that any customers or staff members that travel to the site on a
motorcycle can utilise carparking spaces.

It is noted that the number of motorcycle parking spaces proposed in the Previous Approval was less
than the required rate indicated in Councils’ Planning Scheme Policy 26.

Furthermore, some carparking spaces could be converted to motorcycle spaces if conditioned whilst
maintaining a carparking provision which meets Driveways and Carparking Code requirements.

6.5 Summary
The proposed carparking provisions are considered to be appropriate to meet the demands of the uses
onsite. The proposed PWD carparking space provision is also compliant with the Driveways and
Carparking Code.

The proposed reduced provision of motorcycle parking spaces is considered appropriate noting the
nature of the Proposed Development land use.
