2.   SITE DETAILS
2.1. Background
A reconfiguration application was approved under delegation in May 2018 which reconfigured 11
Church Street from one 1.18 hectare lot into 4 lots ranging in size from 1,104m2 to 7,509m2.
The current application seeks to reconfigure the largest of these lots, being lot 4.
2.2. Site Description
The site is 7,509m2 and is located on the western side of Church Street Pomona. The site is
characterised by a slope, of approximately 10 degrees, which extends in a south-easterly direction
from the north-western corner towards a waterway which dissects the centre of the site. A second
waterway is located in the north-eastern corner of the site whilst a further waterway extends south
from the centrally located waterway.
The central waterway contains scattered vegetation whilst further vegetation is located in the north-
eastern corner of the site.
