Mark further to our conversation yesterday I just wish to confirm that we have an agreement with the owner of  the adjoining townhouse at 1/1 Sunseeker Close that they can access the jetty by crossing our lawn should they wish to utilise it.
So to summarise.
My application is for a jetty to be installed on my side of the centre boundary .
The owner of the adjoining townhouse does not object to this.
I have agreed that they can access the jetty by crossing over our land should they wish to use it which is unlikely as they have there own floating pontoon anyway.
We have agreed not to put lights on the jetty or to store canoes on it in accordance with their wishes also.


We trust this information claries the situation and await your further advice.

Mark can you please advise what the application fees are for this Jetty application for my reference thanks?

The Jetty company have advised that the fees are $4574.00 and I just want to confirm thank you
