2   CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES

    The Minutes of the Ordinary Meeting held on 9 April 2015 be received and confirmed.

3   MAYORAL MINUTES

    Cr Playford moved the following Mayoral Minute:

    1.   PERFORMANCE REVIEW COMMITTEE
    That Council:
    1.   Appoint the Mayor and Cr Wilkie as the two Councillor representatives on the
         Performance Review Committee; and
    2.   Amend the role of the Performance Review Committee to be the conduct of the
         annual performance appraisal of the Chief Executive Officer.
                                                                           Carried.
