RECOMMENDATION
That Council note the report by the Director Infrastructure Services to the Services & Organisation
Committee Meeting dated 12 May 2020 providing an update on operations of the Infrastructure
Services Department for the period 1 January to 31 March 2020.


REPORT
The adopted organisation structure includes the following branches under the Infrastructure
Services Department and functions within the Director’s Office:

                       Asset Management;
                       Buildings and Facilities;
                       Civil Operations;
                       Disaster Management;
                       Infrastructure Planning, Design and Delivery; and
                       Transport Strategy.

This report provides a brief summary regarding recent performance, current priorities and future
initiatives for the Infrastructure Services Department.
