7.0      Local Planning Instruments
The Local Planning Instruments relevant to the subject Development Application include the
following:
      1. Noosa Plan 2006 (last amended 3 July 2017) Strategic Framework;
      2. Noosa Plan 2006 (last amended 3 July 2017) Zone and relevant codes; and
      3. Priority Infrastructure Plan.

Herein this report provides a summation of the assessment of the proposed development against
these local planning instruments.

7.1      Noosa Plan 2006
The subject site is included under the jurisdiction of Noosa Shire Council within the Rural Zone of the
Planning Scheme 2006.
         7.1.1   Rural Zone
The subject property is located within the Noosa Shire Council Rural Zone, as per amendment dated
9 December 2016 (Figure 7).
