PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA 7 FEBRUARY 2023
The applicant further states that although the carport will be encroaching within the 6m road frontage
setback, it is to be located behind the significantly vegetated and landscaped road reserve and will not be
visible by the opposite residents or road users of Lake Weyba Drive.
The fee for a minor change is $2330. The applicant is requesting that Council apply the minor change to a
Dwelling house, which is $1225. The assessment will be minor, and it is therefore recommended that the
minor change to a Dwelling house be applied.

An application has been lodged for a minor change to an Operational Works approval for Stormwater,
Drainage Works, Earthworks, Roadworks & Landscaping at 30 Pine Street Cooroy.
The application involves a change to the type of driveway only and the applicant has requested the vehicle
crossover fee be applied instead of the minor change fee.
The works proposed are fairly minor and the assessment required will be minor too. Therefore, the reduced
fee is considered appropriate.
Previous Council Consideration

the special budget meeting in June 2022.
Finance
The agreed variations to development application fees had no significant impact on the budget
for 2022/2023.
