20 Hofmann Drive, Noosaville | Traffic Impact Assessment 8.0 Site Layout Review The traffic elements of the site layout were reviewed against the following Australian Standards: • AS2890.1: Off-street Parking (AS2890.1); • AS2890.2: Off-street Commercial Vehicle Facilities (AS2890.2); and • AS2890.6: Off-street Parking for People with Disabilities (AS2890.6). The results are summarised in Table 8.1. It is noted that the aisle widths proposed are to be 6.2m wide (or wider), this is width is more in line with aisle width recommendations Class 3A parking spaces. Class 3 carparking relates to short term city and town centre parking. This is considered appropriate noting the slower trade retail/showroom, gym and office uses proposed across the development. The parking spaces are expected to have a reduced turnover (i.e. longer residence time on site). Our review indicated that the development layout generally complies with the requirements of Australian Standards (AS2890.1, AS2890.2 and AS2890.6). \\FILE\Projects\BLU0517\01\3. Deliverables\1.
