        financial capacity / going concern assessment. In this instance, preferred tenderers will be required
        to provide the following information for analysis:

          Available Audited Financial Statements
          Available Audit Opinions*
          Bank Statements to Assess Current Liquidity
          Any Parent Company or Investor Guarantee’s
          Financial Statements of Parent Company / Investor
          Solicitors Representation Letter
          Organisation Structure including Staffing Numbers
          Details of Corporate and Executive Industry Experience

        Should the requested informstion not be provided or be considered incomplete, the tender
        submission may be deemed non-conforming and, if so the tender may not be considered further.
