In relation to 401 Sunrise Road Tinbeerwah, Application Ref MCU22/0067. This is a submission in response to the above proposal.

My sister Karen Perkins and I are the owners of 403 Sunrise Road Tinbeerwah. We have read the proposed development application MCU22/0067. Our objections are related to the direct impacts to the neighbourhood’s quality of life and to our residence 403 Sunrise Road Tinbeerwah.
