Section 1.3
   Update the date that this resolution will commence to have effect.
Section 1.5
   Update referenced section/s to change title descriptions to clarify the items now only relate
     to Council charge rates and levied charge and no longer includes Unitywater who now
     govern these items under their own “infrastructure charges schedule”.
   Update the base date to simply reference “Section 10.4” so as to have only one location
     where the actual date is specified.
   Amend “intended” to “capable” for use in the definition for a dwelling unit to better reflect
     the wording and intent under the current Planning Regulation.

   Clarify that any past contribution must relate to “current” trunk infrastructure.

   Update the due date trigger for payment to include “prior to occupancy”.
