The Environmental Management Plan shall incorporate the requirement for three monthly
environmental compliance Monitoring and annual audit reports to be submitted to Council for the
operational stage of the development. The reporting on the operational stage will continue for a period
of five (5) years from the commencement of the use. The format and content of these reports shall be
in hard copy and digital form, generally in accordance with the following:-

. include tables of the monitoring results (digital form should be in Excel);

. include individual charts plotting the results for all parameters required in the
monitoring (digital form should be in Excel);

. include a brief written description of the results and recommend any necessary
actions. -

Site Rehabilitation Plan (SRP)

A sultably qualified person shall prepare a SRP for the open space areas (OS3, OS5 and OS7) and
water quaiity/quantity contro! devices such as swales. The SRP shall be prepared and submitted prior
to the issue of a development approval for operational works and shall be to the reasonable-
satisfaction of the Manager - Land Use.

The SRP shall spécify actions to be undertaken to restore the natural ecological processes and
facilitate ecological sustainability of the OS3, OS5 and OS7 areas. They shall include, inter alia:

84.1. the need for thinnirig dense fire-induced undergrowth that has stalled natural regenerative

84.2, the need for reinforcement plantings to ameliorate structural deficiencies, biodiversity

deficiencies or habitat deficiencies, and
84.3. the required visual screening.

The SRP shall contain specific actions to be undertaken for the water quality/quantity devices to re-
vegetate these areas using species endemic to the site so that they become viable and efficient
structures in terms of stormwater management, as well as self-sustaining ecosystems.

The SRP shall detail the work required to be undertaken and shall detail, inter alia:
86.1. site preparation;

86.2. construction materials and details;

86.3. weed control;

86.4. planting layouts and species;

86.5. erosion and sediment control;
86.6. planting out procedures and horticultural requirements;
86.7. mulching procedures (if any);

86.8, fertilising procedures (if any);
86.9. irrigation and watering requirements;
86.10. on-going maintenance; and

86.11. environmental safeguards.
