173.6.

The detailed design of the stormwater management system shall provide for water reuse
within the site so as to ensure that the hydrology of the open space areas is maintained
while using a reasonable quantity of excess water generated by the development within the
site for non-potable purposes such as landscape watering generally in accordance with the
Concept Stormwater Management Plan to the reasonable satisfaction of the Manager ~-
Land Development. More detailed analysis using MUSIC or equivalent suitable software is
required to refine the water reuse assessments as well as pollution management
measures, with a one hour (maximum) time step to be used;

173.8. The Site Rehabilitation Plan shall provide details about the revegetation of water quality
control devices located in the OS7 area and the Landscape Plan shall provide details about
the vegetation of water quality control devices in the developed precincts. The Stormwater
Management Plan shall demonstrate that the proposed vegetation on the water quality
control devices will adequately treat the stormwater and achieve the tequired water quality.

173.15. Details of the sediment and’ erosion control for construction management for the
development that adequately addresses the extent of site disturbance proposed;

event based water quality monitoring as detailed in the draft concept Stormwater.
Management Plan dated 19 June 2003, within the gullies of the site, and in.the receiving

The applicant shall continue monitoring for a period of 5 years from completion of Stage 1.
The results of monitoring are to be submitted to Council in a digital form acceptable to the
Manager Land Development.

173.17. During the establishment and operational phases the applicant is to undertake inspections
for erosion and deposition, and build up of trash and gross pollutants, and other water
Pollution. These inspections will be carried out after significant rainfall events, and on a
three monthly campaign basis for a period of five years from completion of the final stage
of construction. Corrective measures will be implemented where indicated by such
inspections.

173.18. For the construction phase at least four per year event based water quality monitoring shall
be undertaken for:
