Grainsize Analysis
Composition
For comparison grain size analysis was limited to three main groups. Suspended solids
(particles below 1180 microns), bed load (particles between 1180 and 4750 microns) and
gross pollutants, particles over 4750 microns. Table 2, Table 3 and Table 4 present this
data below and Figure 8 compares the weighted averages for each particle size group in
relation to the land use.
