e John Raftery addressed the meeting and spoke about reasonable and unreasonable decisions. He said the body corporate having already approved the amalgamation of the two lots may well be seen as unreasonable to not allow the lot owner to build on those lots within Council regulations. He did also say that technical issues within the proposed development may be reasonably objected to. * BCS also queried with the lot owner whether he would be prepared to enter into an agreement with the body corporate to stipulate the usual conditions applicable to any construction on lots. The lot owner advised he had no objection to this and was happy to work with the committee and owners to cause minimal disruption. The Chairperson determined there was no further discussion and the motion was put to the vote. 10 REPLACEMENT OF DWELLINGS ON LOTS 9 AND 10 ORDINARY RESOLUTION Submitted by owner Lot 9 and 10 R and P Holyman as company nominees The owner of Lot 9 and 10 requests your approval to remove the current structures and replace with a new dwelling within the council approved footprint, the concept sketch of which is attached with all costs to be met by the owner of Lot 9 and 10. should permission be granted and subject to Council approval, it is anticipated work would commence in February 2020.
