               Heads and described as Lot 5 BUP 2003, Council on 27 August 2025 decided to:
               A.     Approve the change.
               B.     Include the following additional conditions:
                      Additional Conditions – 27 August 2025 – 51901.4560.01
                      Approved Plans
               10.    Development authorised by this approval must be undertaken generally in accordance with
                      the Approved Plans listed in the table below.

                      this Decision Notice.
