SBSMR 20004 Revision D - Response to RFI
10. CONCLUSIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS Aspects relating to stormwater management across the proposed development have been described. Erosion potential is only considered a relevant issue during the construction phase. The grade across the site is minimal, minimizing the potential for onsite erosion. Best management practices will be applied to erosion control on the site. Stormwater quality modelling was completed and the outcome from MUSIC indicated the water quality objectives would be achieved. Stormwater Quality Improvement Devices are on private land and will remain a private asset. All relevant stormwater requirements in accordance with MCU20/0128 have been addressed. 12.
