Overall, the proposed alterations will reduce the height of the boatshed by 1.298m. The demolition of the
annex of the administration building also provides greater setbacks to the western boundary, and therefore
provides opportunities for additional planting buffers, as shown in the Landscape drawings (Appendix B).
