Attachment E (i) - Maintenance Agreement (SW360 Quote) Part 1 of 2

       General Inclusions:

     Traffic/ Pedestrian control.
     Removal of sediment from vault.
     Removal of sediment and gross pollutants from Enviropods
     Removal of exhausted media from cartridges. (200kgs of sediment per cartridge additional disposal and
         tipping fees are 30 cents/litre ($300/m3) +GST.)
     Evaluation of cartridge components.
     Freight of new cartridges to site.
     Removal of old cartridges from vault.
     Replacement of exhausted media in cartridges.
     Installation of new cartridges in vault.
     Freight of old cartridges back to SW360 & refurbishment of cartridges.
     Tipping of waste materials and an approved waste disposal site.
     Compliance Certificate


 Availability:
 Our current lead-time for the StormFilter Cartridges will be advised when your order is received by Stormwater360,
 and design details and satisfactory financial arrangements are finalised.
 Validity Period:
 This quotation is valid for 30 days from the above date, and is then subject to confirmation. This quotation is
 exclusive of any costs arising from the impact of the carbon pricing mechanism on Stormwater360 Australia or the
 provision of the goods and/or services being the subject of this quote. Unless expressly excluded or superseded by a
 signed agreement by the parties for the supply of the goods and/or services being the subject of this quote, this
 condition shall prevail over any inconsistent or contrary term contained in a purchase order or other subsequent
 documentation issued by either party in relation to the provision of goods and/or services being the subject of this
 quote.
 Intellectual Property and Copyright:
 All information contained in our quotation, mechanical specifications, schedules, manuals and drawings remains the
 property of Stormwater360, and shall not be disclosed or copied for a third party without the written permission of
 Stormwater360.
 Should Stormwater360 be unsuccessful with this offer, all technical data and drawings provided with our quotation,
 and thereafter to support our offer, are to be returned to our office if so requested.
