         INFORMATION REQUEST RESPONSE


In reference to the Information Request issued by Noosa Shire Council, dated 9 April
2026, we provide the following responses to the Civil Engineering items. The following
supporting documentation is attached to this response:

    •    Appendix A – Civil Engineering Drawings
    •    Appendix B – Site-Based Stormwater Management Plan (SBSMP) (Ver2)
    •    Appendix C – Waste Management Plan (WMP) (Ver2)


DOCUMENTATION

    •    Item 5 – Infrastructure Staging
         Refer to revised drawings and documentation included in Appendices A, B & C.

         A temporary AV loading bay is provided in Stage 1 at the location shown in the
         drawings, and will act as a temporary AV bay until the completion of Stage 4.
         The permanent AV loading bay will be delivered in Stage 4. See updated
         drawings in Appendix A.

         The proposed bioretention and detention basin is designed to suitably attenuate
         and treat the entire developed (i.e. ultimate) catchment and is proposed to be
         constructed with Stage 1 of the development.
