         criteria. A bunded area is to be provided for bin washdown to ensure that all
         washdown water is contained and directed to a sewer connection in accordance
         with Council requirements. A water supply, including a tap with hose connection,
         will be provided within the bin storage area to facilitate cleaning. The design of
         the internal hydraulics has not yet been completed but will be undertaken to
         meet the requirements of Noosa Council PSP. All bins shall be washed within
         the designated bunded area.
