                 The information requested is set out below:
                 Issue
                 The report submitted with the application provides an outline of the proposed use and
                 includes advice regarding hours of operation. A statement within the report advises
                 that…Should the demand for the gym increase, more classes may be offered within these
                 operating hours. The Traffic and Transport report contains an assessment of the proposal
                 based on assumptions within Tables 3 and 4 of the report. It is unclear as to the scale and
                 intensity of the proposed use.
                 Information Required
                 1.      Operational details which include:
                            i.    The maximum number of classes to be provided when the gym is operating at
                                  full capacity;
                           ii.    A schedule of proposed class times;
                          iii.    Confirmation of the maximum number of staff members that will be on site at
                                  any one time;
