                 Issue
                 The proposed use is to occur within an existing commercial building that contains a shared
                 wall with the adjoining tenant. It is envisaged that the operation of the fitness activity will
                 result in the emission of noise. It is unclear as to what equipment and noise mitigation
                 devices are to be utilised.
                 Information Required
                 2.      Detail of noise generating equipment to be used in conjunction with the gym and how
                         the use of this equipment is to be managed to prevent nuisance to the amenity of the
                         area. (e.g. amplified music and instructors with microphones).
                 3.      DUE DATE FOR RESPONSE TO INFORMATION REQUEST

                 The due date for providing the requested information is 20 March 2018. Please advise
                 Council of your response to this information request in accordance with section 13 of the
                 Development Assessment Rules.
                 If you do not provide a response before the due date, it will be taken as if you have decided
                 not to respond to the information request and Council will continue with the assessment of
                 your application.
